How do I prevent Windows Defender from blocking the Dying Light Trainer & PC Cheats (v28.4 Unlocked) (2026) trainer?

Because trainers attach memory hooks to the game executable, heuristic antivirus scanners may flag them. Add a temporary folder exclusion in Windows Security before extracting and launching.

What is the proper launch sequence to activate cheats?

Start your game first through Steam, Epic, or GOG. Once in the main menu or campaign, launch the trainer as Administrator and press the corresponding Numpad hotkeys to toggle options.

Can I use this trainer in multiplayer or co-op modes?

No. This trainer is strictly engineered for single-player campaign and offline story mode. Never attach memory modifications in online multiplayer sessions to prevent anti-cheat bans.

Antivirus False Positives & Memory Hook Disclosure

To modify values within a running PC game, trainers use standard Windows memory management APIs (specifically OpenProcess, VirtualProtectEx, and WriteProcessMemory). Because these functions inject code directly into the game's allocated RAM space, heuristic antivirus algorithms occasionally classify trainers as GameHack.Generic or Riskware. This is a recognized false positive. All trainers distributed via CoolModAPK are cryptographically audited and contain zero trojans, keyloggers, or spyware.

Step-by-Step Trainer Setup Instructions

Download the verified zip archive using the download link below.
